Been a While...

I have finally found the confidence to pt my craft 'out there' - I am working on projects without trying to be the 'best' at everything, to enjoy the process of creating and enjoy the final product vs' finding every small mistake/issue.

It is harder than it sounds but when I manage it very rewarding!

Off and nibling on Lindt

I have admired many fine postings, learnt from many crafty blogging souls over a long period of time...and now have finally started my own blog (with a large box of lindt chocky balls leftover from Easter next to me).

I thought my first post should have a picture of my first daughter (currently 3)...she brings me so much joy, so much laughter and reminds me of the need for simplicity in my life. Sasi has taught me so much about myself, about just doing instead of analysing, of enjoyment and learning rather than perfection. Being a mother has highlighted the limitations I place on myself as a female adult and for that I thank her.
